In spite of what you may have heard,

Mr. Loftus does not give grades. A student earns them.

In my class, students earn their grades and are responsible for them. They have done everything they could or have not done what they should. In my experience, students who receive poor grades usually receive them because they have not completed the required work.

This website has been put together to enable parents to follow the general work requirements in my class. Your student’s specific progress will not be available here, but required homework, projects, and other items can be reviewed here.

If you believe your son or daughter has received a grade in error, please contact me and I will be happy to meet with you and review their work.
